Kenmore Village Hotel

Not sure why this place doesn't have 5 stars. Our experience was wonderful. Room was great. Queen deluxe with plenty of space. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. George at the desk went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

Stayed here during Art Week and had the best experience. The room was really big and clean + location is so convenient. It's hard to find a good hotel in South Beach and will definitely stay here again <3

A pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean and very comfortable. There was a mini fridge and safe as well as towels and shower gel etc... I used the gym a couple of times. It's small but typical for a small hotel and was useful. There were no pool towels and we were advised to use the room towels which they swapped later on. This isn't ideal and surely it doesn't take much effort to remedy this for guests? The walls in the room were paper thin, we literally heard everything from either side. Turning the aircon on and using Earplugs helped a lot. The elevator was out of order and I did see some guests struggling to walk the stairs. There was however help at all times with carrying luggage. The pool area is OK. The furniture needs a deep clean and the music was too loud for my liking. It closes at sunset (1800 during our stay) which is a shame as an evening swim is quite nice to enjoy. For some reason the music was left on all night one night and we could hear it from the room in the early hours but they turned it off when we mentioned this to them. The room was very clean but the side and back of the bed which was clearly visible by a gap revealed a deeper clean was needed under the mattress. This was disappointing. The location is great. We would stay here again if the cost is reasonable. I'd say this is more like a decent 3 rather than a 4 venue.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my experience even better. I especially want to recognize Erica at the front desk. She provided outstanding customer service; professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt taken care of throughout my stay. Her positive attitude truly made a difference. We had a wonderful stay at the Kenmore Hotel in Miami Beach! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Sabrina, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. She not only helped us carry and transport our luggage to the room (and we had quite a lot!) but also made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Thanks to her kindness and attention, we felt genuinely looked after and welcomed. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back!

Just completed our second stay at Kenmore Village and could not be happier with the experience! Erica at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and able to get us an early check in after we arrived off our red-eye flight and it made all the difference in the world! Rooms are basic, but clean and functional; love the cafe downstairs to be able to grab a coffee and a beverage; cannot be a more convenient location to all the shopping and restaurants in the area. Would recommend and would stay again!

This was my second time staying at Kenmore Village Hotel and once again, I was absolutely impressed! This hotel delights not only with its perfect location, which allows you to reach all top South Beach attractions within 10–15 minutes, but above all with its outstanding staff. Special mention goes to Sabrina at the front desk – an incredibly positive person who is always ready to help. Her knowledge about local restaurants makes her an invaluable advisor, and her professionalism far exceeds the standards of other concierges I’ve dealt with before. Equally positive was my experience with bartender Andre – always smiling, friendly, and eager to help in every situation. The service at Kenmore Village Hotel always exceeds expectations – such a friendly and professional team is truly rare. In addition to that, the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well equipped – in June I stayed here with my 6-person family and everyone was delighted. I love this hotel for its wonderful pool surrounded by lush vegetation and palm trees, which creates the amazing atmosphere of a tropical island, completely cutting guests off from the noise of the nearby street. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind – each time I’m certain I will return with every visit to South Beach, where I've been going regularly for 11 years, at least 4–5 times a year. Kenmore Village Hotel, South Beach is my number one choice, I recommend it to everyone – perfect comfort, phenomenal staff, a fantastic pool and great value right in the heart of the city. I’ve already booked my December stay and recommend everyone visit at least once to experience this place. I am sure you’ll keep coming back just like I do.
